The SMS messenger module is a software that intergrades with the following control room setups and offers additional new feathers for a small monthly fee.

HOW IT WORKS
This module will automatically send your SMS notifications to your customers and/or response staff, depending how you set it up. An Alarm notification can be sent to one person and a different SMS notification can be sent to another, offering versatile communication to all customers. Group and bulk SMS notifications can also be setup. This module includes the cell phone call panic feature, where it allows a client to give the modem a miss call and it will generate a panic signal in the control room.

SMS MODEM KIT IS COMPATIBLE WITH
- Startup Control room Setup. This setup does not use the SMS messenger module and therefore there is NO additional monthly fee
ORDER PROSES:
You must have an existing signed i-Monitor control room contract in place. We will send the SMS modem kit as per your courier selection. If applicable we'll send your the amendment documentation to be signed, as stipulated in steps 1-5 below. NOTE: We can't process your order, without the necessary signed documents. If not we will only follow steps 1,4 and 5.
- Sending your SMS Modem Kit. (As per your courier selection)
- We will send an amendment to your existing contract for the SMS Messenger Module's monthly fee.
- Sign the amendment and send it back to us.
- Once received, we will remotely do the software installation and setup.
- Training on new feathers.
